Can you learn to accept where you are without exception? 

What can you accept – right here, right now, right in this moment as it is happening in real time? 

If you are a non-believer in timing, opportunity, and destiny, you may say “Pfft...  Accept what?  I do not have to accept.  I make things happen.”

Do you actually believe that you do this all by yourself and that you are simply a human doing? 

If you have ever been ‘surprised’ by unexpected events, then you have your answer… it is clear the answer is ‘no’ – and that there are things evolving which you had no hand in, right?
This is not to discount the idea that you work hard or do things, but do you believe that timing is everything?  Let us first examine the LINK OF ACCEPTANCE and how it works 
with energy:

The old adage that preparation, plus opportunity equal the successful outcome is a recipe for life.  You might have prepared your entire life for something, but life did not go as you orchestrated, but rather prepared another opportunity where you apply your life lessons to do something you could not have imagined.

TIMING has a part in this, very much like how a piece of fruit ripens, a flower opens, a caterpillar becomes a butterfly and that all things require ‘energy’ of acceptance for all things to “become” in due time.

If you are a control freak, organizer, micromanager, or meticulous perfectionist, perhaps the idea of ‘accepting’ is hard for you because you feel as if you are surrendering full control to the unknown.  Sometimes that is scary, but surrendering control and simply accepting can provide more peace for you internally and a place where you can reside in TRUST. 

If you are open-minded and receptive to the idea that there is a purpose in the ‘then’ and a purpose in the ‘now’ as much as there is a purpose for ‘later’ … maybe you’re more accepting of acceptance and there is no exception except your own internal convincing to accept.

Regardless of where you sit in any of the above, you must realize that acceptance is a choice, but it does not need to define itself, nor does it need to define YOU or your position of where you are in your life’s journey.

Once you come to terms with this, the idea of acceptance will be much easier for you to embrace. 

Are you smiling at the idea that maybe saying, “Okay, I accept” is not such a bad thing?
You do not need to judge the idea or label it as something that makes you weak.
You are stronger when you learn to accept, it means that you honor the place where you do not have full control, and you can have confidence in sitting with not having to direct everything.

Sometimes you will discover that no matter what you do, things are not always up to you!
Yes, this is a tough lesson… but it is a real lesson to learn that there could be something happening you need to learn, understand, or go through to see the bigger picture.
We live in a society that is like a pressure cooker.  That pressure cooker sometimes transfers a labeling of acceptance as a lack of success.  However, in truth, it is quite the opposite.

Success is more meaningful as its authentic and organic creation when it evolves as it is meant to within the idea of proper timing.  When you accept your place of where you are, you are removing an obstacle by standing in its way.

There is bigger work being done behind the scenes of what you know as your divine plan continues to shape and create your best self by the lessons life throws at you.

Our own evolved consciousness may not always be on point with awareness to every nuance of these moments, because the human chooses to remain busy.  

Busyness is like a distraction and this human distraction sometimes is a good thing in that we do not become to analytical or obsessive every second with regard to time and timing.  Busyness can also of course like everything else, work in the negative when it becomes a crutch or an avoidance tactic for confrontation.

Yeah, sorry to be a buzzkill on this, but this is clinical truth and you do need to accept that sometimes you can get in your own way when you don’t allow yourself to be still to understand the place of where you are, hence why you cannot accept the idea of acceptance in the first place.  

The whole point of accepting your acceptance link is truly, so that you can find more peace and balance within… which is always a good thing of course.  However, the reason to get familiar with your link of acceptance is so that you can enjoy the journey RIGHT NOW.
We can eliminate the idea we have to ‘wait’ for something… and instead accept that the pace of what is happening is the pace for a higher purpose reasoning.

It is here we are able to grasp something better in terms of our own processing, comprehension of transformational change and personal evolution as it is happening.

Need an example?  Have you ever tried to grow an avocado tree from the pit and wait for roots to appear?  An avocado pit can sit in water for about a month before you see anything happen.  Then it may take another month to six weeks before you even see a leaf sprout.  It requires patience, but as you know – once you grow it into a tree and it starts producing fruit, it had to do what it needed to in order to become what you will eventually enjoy to the fullest. 

We do not often celebrate our place of arriving where we are when we arrive, rather we tend to think that it is something that happens later, rather than accepting that right here, right now is beautiful as it is already.   

If we choose to honor these moments in life, our lives become more meaningful.  As we go through the process of finding significance in what would ordinarily be blown off as insignificant, we graduate to another level of comprehending how things naturally evolve. 
It is that magical pause button accepting that sometimes you have to learn to accept where things are and have gratitude for what is right in the moment of the present moment.
Our lives shape us to prepare us for everything that crosses our path in the time that it crosses, even if we don’t understand it at the time, we later see the beautiful blessing in hindsight as everything connects as it should.

When we learn to enjoy the actual crossing, the process and find peace with the acceptance weaving its way into our life, we fortify our existence with quality moments.  Utilizing the acceptance tool in our life’s journey can provide nourishing tranquility to our soul as we learn the great art of balance in being with things as they are meant to be in the present.

Déjà vu in French means, “already seen.” 

Merriam-Webster Dictionary’s Definition of déjà vu:

1 a :the illusion of remembering scenes and events when experienced for the first time
b :a feeling that one has seen or heard something before

Have you experienced déjà vu?   

For those of you who have ever ‘felt’ strangely familiar with an unfamiliar scene in your life more than once or twice, you may understand what it is like to experience déjà vu.

However, if you have experienced this ten or more times, you may have concluded there are reasons for having the experience beyond the experience itself. 

Psychologists, therapists, and neuroscientists have referred to this as ‘source memory’ or cryptomnesia.
Some philosophers, astrophysicists, and metaphysical healers who have looked into the cosmos, believe this is a form of ‘time travel.’

Hypnotists, and many Eastern spiritualists believe in past life soul contracts repeating in lifetimes.
Most people may look at déjà vu as coincidences.

Others who understand it’s not just a coincidence, may describe these scenarios as ‘surreal events.’ 

If the event is dream-like, these surreal events can be ethereal. 

If they are haunting, some may think it is a karmic debt event. 

Some mediums and empaths believe in all of the above as a cohesive combination for one giant recipe of Universal life lessons put in a Vitamix of cosmic proportions depending on what is happening.

Where do you stand on all of the above?  

Perhaps it all depends on how many times you’ve actually experienced déjà vu, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as, it does vary for everyone.  It also depends on how many times these ‘flashes’ have happened and the level at which YOU are plugged into the energies of The Universe.

What if I were to tell you that regardless of how you choose to categorize déjà vu, that it can actually be an alliance tool for you to use in your life? 

What?  YES. 

It’s not something to be freaked out about, but rather tap into your gifts (yes, everyone has them to some degree) that you have to follow your own vibration of inner guidance.  

My job as a life coach is to bring your mind-body awareness to the key fact that if it is happening, it is designed to help you understand there are reasons you are experiencing déjà vu. 

The big question is, “Why have you returned here?”
How can we use this to help you along your journey RIGHT NOW?

Similar to ‘life lessons’ delivered by The Universe, when we don’t get lessons the first time, things come back around again to tap you on the shoulder to nudge you to become aware of what messages are being sent your way. 

When you experience déjà vu, sometimes the familiarity in a new situation can symbolize old energy and new energy merging, with the ‘wake-up call’ to get your attention. As this happens, you may simply just hold your breath at that very instant to try to digest what is going on or not actually happening as movement in your own journey.

Yes, this is a good move!  Be present to pay attention to SEE what is happening.

Also be aware of what you are resonating:

If you are being brought back to an old place repeatedly, perhaps there are loose ends of emotional baggage you need to address and confront in your mind, in order to ‘let it go.’ 

Sometimes déjà vu transport can also mean that you are returning to familiar ground to comfort other disturbances going on around you, and this ‘familiar place’ is where you re-center and stabilize to find clarity.

Another potential purpose is for you to create NEW energy. If you have specific desired results you’d like to manifest (which are not happening), but keep ‘returning’ to the old familiar energy, you could be asked to try something different for a different result in order to avoid returning to the same place. 

There is another purpose for déjà vu… you could be seeing your own life purpose within the flash back. If you are a believer of past soul contracts of unfinished business, déjà vu could be reminding you of what needs to be corrected in this lifetime to clear this from your pathway.

Regardless, déjà vu is purposeful for reflection for action for your highest good.

If you are self-aware, you may understand the logistics and sequence enough to know you are being shown a direction or a matter requiring your cognizant awareness where you need to process the event to take an appropriate sense-making response.

If you get stuck in the crossroads of your experience, you may either blow off the event as something ‘weird’ or choose to not understand it… that is until it comes back around in your world again. 

Premonitions take on a new kind of energy.

But are they related to the same thing?  

Because I happen to be of the Vitamix mindset when it comes to all of the above, because I’ve seen things that cannot be unseen, and have experienced things that will take fifty plus blogs to actually get into to explain – I say YES.  I’ve tried to “humanize” most of this in pedestrian utilitarian language through my blogs in August and September of this year, that cannot begin to scratch the surface of explaining why Linkronicity – Where Your Journey & Destiny Link exists in a unique way that expands beyond my intuitive empath lightworker abilities. 
For that reason alone (plus there are not enough words in Merriam-Webster), déjà vu is merely a blip of a description and premonition is related – however, not in the context you may think.

Our destiny is evolving every second, this is why it is not necessarily a destination, but merely a fusion within your own journey as it is happening. So if life events are happening for you to LINK back to in order to make sense of your journey, couldn’t we agree to say The Universe gave you a sampling of a premonition for your life purpose, leading you toward your destiny? 

Hmm… perhaps the premonition and déjà vu have a three hundred sixty degree effect within your life for you to understand your life as it is happening right now. 

From here it is leading you back to the core of why you are here so you can stop being dizzy with a direct road, but rather a circular motion to send you in momentum into the stratosphere of your life’s bigger picture! 

Will it go round in circles or will it fly high like a bird up in the sky to take you to new heights?  The choice is if you apply déjà vu in a productive way for you to get the most out of living your life.

As the sun rises, a new day begins with optimism, trust, faith, hope and a clean slate for the possibility of whatever will greet you on your journey.  As your human anticipates, what is to come and what will be, your brain wraps itself around the idea that everything you imagine can come through to fruition. 

Here you are calm, your mind and body respond accordingly.

The day takes its course, busyness and chaos may ensue, your early rising morning vibe somehow morphs into getting through the day, showing up, and being present for all that, you have to do. 

Here is your choice crossroads:  You may have adrenaline rushing in a good way to drive you with positive pistons firing on all cylinders to create endorphins OR you process it differently, and allow stress to put your mind and body in a reactionary position. 

By late afternoon, you take a deep breath looking for your second wind of hope to arrive like a colorful magic carpet ride into your evening.  In the back of your brain, you stay centered and tell yourself, “Okay, final stretch… let’s go…”

Here, you can choose to breathe and visualize how you watched the sunrise in the morning, calm your inner rhythm of being to do what is in front of you.  On the other hand, you can feel taxed and choose to ride out your day as a ‘can’t wait to get home’ motivation and infuse a slight anxiety-driven plow-through position.  What happens at this point is your mind-over-body has options based on how YOU decide you wish to either act or react.
As the evening arrives, you are not sure what happened to your day, but as you see the sun begin its slow descending decompression, the hypnotic streaks of gold, vibrant orange and lavender hues decorate the sky.  You feel the last remnants of warmth meet your eyes and you are reminded, that the hope you started your morning with still exists.  However, you may be exhausted, zombie feeling, perhaps ignore this sunset moment for regrouping your ‘being.’ 

STOP.  Here you have one of the greatest opportunities so that you do not derail your health. 

Why here?  This is the moment where poor health habits occur.  People utilize the evening as a coping mechanism with overindulgence of poor food choices, alcohol, and look at the end of the day as a ‘reward’ for getting through it. What may appear to be a sanctuary of refuge ends up being a self-sabotage in self-care for a temporary bandage for your day.
When you add in the negative news noise, or violence you watch for your evening entertainment, online social media seeing commentary that is more negative and not giving yourself time to be, think or unplug, you are creating an unhealthy mind-body recipe for yourself.  

The domino effect?  Erratic sleep patterns (maybe insomnia), and no chance for your mind to decompress and your body to heal or build up what it needs in quality sleep for improved immunity and defense.

It is no secret that stress is not good for you.  However, let us look at it from Stress 101 in the way of its controlling you….Watch:

If you can understand the ‘dance’ I talk about of stress, control, and the tango that it does, you see how it is all connected to your well-being and why it is important to realize in the mind-body-soul-spirit health connection.  

Your human brain will go through these processes – sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously, every single day you live.  If you pause long enough to reflect, you know this is true.  If you have blazed through life not stopping to recognize these moments your human brain may be sitting in another place as your soul contemplates change.

Do not worry… this is normal.  However, what I have tried to point out in the HIGHLIGHTED areas above is that you have moments to PAUSE.  You have moments to make YOUR CHOICES as to how you control your stress as it creeps in before you allow it or give permission to it to take over.

This is part of your process of evaluation and re-evaluating your need or desire to shift, change and transform components of your ‘being’ as you continue to show up in life as you are.

When we take time for introspection, it is normal to “scan” your brain each day like a mini soap opera of scenes to process your day.  

Think of your brain and your human being and body like a computer.  Your brain must ‘defragment.’  

That’s right…  DEFRAGMENT.  Have you ever watched your computer do a defragmenting process?  If you have, then you have an actual visual for what I am talking about.  

Throughout all of my videos and several of these blogs now, I keep saying, “You are changing every day.” 

While you hear me say it, you may blow off the idea that you are changing every day because you do not SEE yourself changing every day because you are actually too close to observe even the tiniest of shifts.  Nevertheless, YES, they are happening.

As we humans “gather” information we have to file it away somewhere, compartmentalize it, compress it, shift it, change it and sometimes what we do with it or don’t do with it becomes its very own process and has its own journey.


Yes….  It has its own journey.  

Look at your life as a series of beginnings.  Some beginnings are open-ended.  Some beginnings come full-circle.  Others will come full-circle, stay in “limbo,” and resurface until you get closure.  Others will close and be finite if that is all they are meant to be. 

What am I talking about?  Life lessons, challenges, learning tools acquired from actual life experience and an awareness of what life changes and transforms into NEXT. 

These series of LINKS are part of your life chain for you to see.  Sometimes they connect to what you need to understand so your own evolution and growth steps into its position of becoming part of your destiny.  

Whether we realize it or not, HOW we REACT or TAKE ACTION in these tiny stress moments is vital.  Either they can control our day, (or gasp, life) or they can be opportunities for us to be empowered to MANAGE how we process stress.

Everyone is busy.  Everyone has a life that runs on different cylinders.  However, you have the power to breathe, choose, and yes, control how you allow stress to enter your life OR NOT.

You do not have to surrender to the idea that stress exists for everyone and therefore you accept it and allow it to run you over.


Yes, accepting that it exists, we can CHANGE IT in better knowing how to deal with it!  We do not have to accept it as in ‘receive it’ and its process to derail where we are!
There is a difference. 

So as night falls, look outside.  The moon makes its presence glowing majestically commanding your attention, the dark sky above provides the backdrop to the whole galaxy. 
Look to the moon at this point and simply wonder if your pure intention, your purpose, your passion, your existence has somehow accomplished what the Universe has expected of you and if you’ve fulfilled today’s tasks as they were intended. Breathe, be at peace, and know that when you arrive at this place of reflection, you have already conquered your own stress boundaries.  

Yes, it is HERE we return to the process along the journey of wonderment, expansion of our mind-body being and our heart and soul’s existence and introspection can provide greater insight.   

With greater insight, we have a stronger vision for the greater good and larger purpose.  When we arrive here, stress becomes this switch to flick off so we can move onto the bigger picture of living life healthfully, more fully and with quality.  Quality living then provides more joy and fulfillment and this is how you LINK your life to the optimum health and well-being.
And it is here we can have a LOVELY DAY.
