FALLING BACK TO YOUR DEFAULT LINKS

The seasonal time change of moving clocks an hour back during the Autumn season is more than just changing something digitally or on a dial.

In the springtime, the time change triggers an emotional response in the brain.  The mind easily shifts toward embracing warmer weather, shorter days and looking forward to the optimism the time shift represents when people say ‘spring forward.’

However, this weekend’s time change of ‘falling back’ an hour brings a different set of emotions and links to what the time shift represents.

For many, the time shift is symbolic of tradition, emotional reconnection, or nostalgic revisitation for the soul, not just an extra hour of perceived sleep.

Standard time was not enacted in U.S. Law until 1918. Was this predestined as a Universal message?

It is the LINK that no one really talks about on this paranormal level of irony, but there is no accident that 1918 is a year of a 1 numeric vibration –although technically a 10 vibration condensed?   Humanity and peace both symbolized in the male/female energies of this forceful resonance is why seasons of love exist.  Love and light emerge from this vibration and from this hope is birthed into a rhythm of manifestation with this seasonal shift.

If 1918 is the year in which time was put into law for both standard and daylight, the 1 numeric vibration technically resonates all year long with both time changes.   Time changes more than just on a clock – there is a shift of consciousness when the hands on the clock move in forward motion for progress or moves backward for reflection.
While chronological time itself is isolated and compartmentalized from the idea of it being completely perceived as a concept of actually being non-existent - the notion of moving a clock either forward or backward becomes a mere act of convention depending on where you stand on the subject of time itself.

In other words, the seasonal shift translates to a spirit of independence whereby leadership between the shifts of these two seasons takes place to create movement.  Is it an accident that the standard time shift happens when things fall away, die or go into dormancy or that daylight savings time happens to be linked to the time of resurrection?

Nature shifts. The Earth shifts. Consciousness shifts.  The spirit vibration adjusts and adapts to this larger shift of being.

So as we change our clocks and fall back, the question which begs to be asked becomes apparent:
Are you falling back on your default links?

What’s a default link?  It’s a retreating or cocooning behavior synchronized with a re-evaluation period of your conscious wish for all of humanity and LINKED to your mind state of being. From here this is adapting to your human instincts from the deep roots where they are driven to conform and adapt to by way of Mother Nature in a single breath of peaceful being, one with yourself and one with all respectively.

The time change is linked to this instinct, therefore your default emerges as a result of this link being tugged at or triggered into the shift with the rest of the vibration.

When we take the fall-back position of reflection by embracing what nature naturally enforces, by the time change and the season, we get an opportunity to step into our own self-acceptance in adapting with the vibration of the Universe.   The same can be said for when you spring forward into resurrection after first quarter finishes and you examine your self-imposed resolutions kept or broken.  You are then forced to re-evaluate something larger than yourself, as you consciously shift the clock internally in your being toward providing service beyond the scope of your human.

Our default links are part of our life line, part of our chain reaction.  They are necessary for our own recognition of both consciousness and cell regeneration when taking to cocooning and retreating in the physical falling back which allows us to recover exhausted resources to refuel the energy of escalating our minds, spirit and souls in the name of what our highest good can bring forward.

As you ‘fall-back’ this weekend, remember that your ability to move beyond the clock can take a peaceful position as you recognize the season of love and light.

Namaste.

DIVING DEEP INTO THE MISSING LINK: WHAT’S MISSING FROM YOUR LIFE?

Many of you are searching for what is missing from your life.  This video above starts the conversation in your own mind and heart and I hope it inspires you to figure out the answer to this question.

However, I have had numerous questions that have struck a pattern and I thought I would address it here.

Many of you do not feel like you have clarity on what is missing and in the video we address that it is because you’re not clear with what is missing because you don’t know yourself well enough to know what is missing.

If you check out the other blogs here to the right side of your screen in the September and October archives (there are thirteen of them), you will see how to get CLARITY and how to return to your CENTER to acknowledge what is inside of you.  You will also see the root of HAPPINESS and SELF-WORTH.

These are just a few of the tools that you can use within yourself to get the foundation going – so that you are able to answer the question of what is missing from your life.

But first… let’s get to the root of the many sides of who you are.

You.  Yes, YOU and the several other versions of YOU.  We know who you are on the outside – the YOU that you present to the world.

But do you know who that person is?

Strange question, isn’t it?  Well, how about an answer!

Describe yourself in a paragraph (the YOU that you THINK the world knows).

Take a look at it and read it out loud to yourself. Does this sound like you?  Or is this a version of yourself you present out of protecting yourself and shielding out others from getting to know the real you?

Pretty interesting when you think about it that way.

Now take a look inside… the YOU that only YOU know, the YOU who goes to bed at night with thoughts rambling around in your head; the person who thinks, the person who feels, the person who you truly are.

Of course you choose to only share THAT person with a select few that you trust.  However, the bigger question is, do you trust yourself enough to know if that person is safe to put out there without being judged?

That’s a huge decision, right?

Depending on where you are in your life, you will make the decision that suits you for any given situation.
But let’s step back just a bit and explore something else…

Ask yourself – is the outside you that others know and the inside you that you know all too well – if put in the same room, being truthful in how you speak, act and simply are – are they the SAME PERSON?  Or are they DIFFERENT PEOPLE?

Chances are, there are fifteen different versions of YOU floating about.  Did you realize that?
If you've ever seen the Michael Keaton movie, "Multiplicity" (1996) - each version of his clone had a different persona, however each version of himself became more diluted the more versions of himself that were produced.

THIS IS HAPPENING TO YOU when you show up as all these different people in your various scenarios of life.  Each version is less and less who you really are.

Human beings put on different hats and they are multiple personalities when put in a set of circumstances.

For fun, let’s gather around your holiday dinner table!  WHO IS THAT PERSON?

Would your co-workers recognize the person sitting at the holiday dinner table?

If you are walking down a scary, dark street late at night – is the person walking down the street the same person who relaxes on a lawn chair in the backyard?

Probably not.

What’s the point of these examples?  The point is if you are in a relationship – your friend, romantic partner, or family member don’t all recognize the same person you think you are.

WHY?  You wear a different hat.

But the bigger, deeper question is WHY you wear different hats.

Chances are, you don’t really know who you are.

You know who you think you have to be

Expectation of showing up as yourself (in various forms) is something only YOU place upon yourself, because you’ve conditioned your brain to believe that this version of YOU is accepted in _______(fill in the blank) environment.

Let’s look at animals.  Animals who are familiar with their environment act a certain way – they are King or Queen of their domain and for the most part feel comfortable in said environment.

Take that same animal out of that environment and suddenly insecurities start to show up.

Most animals like to sniff around, walk gingerly, and scope out their ‘safety zone.’  Once they become familiar with this new territory, they build confidence.  Then they are confident to be themselves.

Need a more relatable example?

Try moving with a pet.  If you haven’t been too busy unpacking boxes, you may have observed that a cat won’t come out from under a bed.  Or a dog will bark at absolutely every new noise.

They don’t know how to project another side of who they are so they either hide or they defend.

Think about that for a second.

Now as humans, if you hide or defend …these two behaviors DO NOT SERVE YOU because they prevent you from BEING THE REAL AUTHENTIC VERSION OF YOU.

This is the key answer as to why you don’t know yourself well enough to identify your MISSING LINK in life because the MISSING LINK in your life is actually your own behavior of hiding or defending the version of you that is NOT REALLY YOU.

Whoa.  Heavy stuff, eh?  Yeah.

Ready to have your mind blown even more?

That entire set of bolded paragraphs are the REASON for every single problem in your life.

Yes, it’s true.

If you have not shown up addressing the real you inside, how is it even possible you can be the real you with your parents and other family members, your friends, colleagues, neighbors, romantic partner or children?

The answer is, you can’t.

They only know one piece of you - not all the versions of you. So they are only having a relationship with one part of you – not all the parts of you.

Trippy, right?

Yes, it is.  So if the MISSING LINK in your life involves anything in your life that is connected to people, the root cause is knowing who you are in all the many arenas in your life and how you show up in those arenas.

You want your life to be great, right?  That’s up to YOU.

But if you don’t know who you are, how can you possibly show up when it arrives?

Maybe it already has, but because only one side of you showed up for it, the other fourteen sides of you could not – SEE IT, HEAR IT, FEEL IT, KNOW IT OR EXPERIENCE IT!   You were blindsided when it showed up and missed it entirely because the MISSING LINK was YOU all along!

Ah ha!

Get connected in knowing who you really are.  The only person who can do the job is you.  You have to show up to do it first and be honest with yourself – brutally honest and look inside and re-read the paragraph you wrote about the YOU that you think the world knows.

Then compare it to the version of you that you really truly are.  If they don’t match up, this is where all the work begins.
You have the power to change it and once you do, LINKRONICITY will start to naturally begin its true pathway for you to LINK back to the authentic self that is still there within.

LINKING TO YOUR FLASHBACKS

Flashbacks exist within your life. But have you ever stopped in your tracks to note how they can be tools to help you with understanding your life right now?

Let’s try something…

  • Flash back to a moment in your childhood when you were really excited and happy.

  • Flash back to a moment that was super scary and frightening.

  • Flash back to your most embarrassing and cringe-worthy moment of your life.

  • Flash back to a moment when you were surprised by something completely unexpected.

Notice anything?   All of your flashbacks have one common thing: How you processed your flashback!  What is YOUR LINK and how do YOU LINK TO YOUR OWN FLASHBACKS?

We look at memories and moments a certain way.  Not everyone processes them the same way.  This will explain how you can be in the same room with a group of people and when individually asked about that specific flashback moment, not everyone will remember it exactly the same.

WHY?

It is a process called memory-recall-attachment.  This is a very ‘personal’ thing in how YOU relate to that flashback.

In my mother's 26 year battle with Alzheimer's Disease, memory recall wasn't just necessarily brain or disease related... a lot had to do with blockages from the experience level perception in exercising memory muscles as much as it had to do with limited experiences prior to the disease. Some of it had to do with PTSD trauma, too.  When a memory is attached to an emotion (i.e. recall of the Japanese internment camps)... it was discovered there was selective memory recall based on emotional pain and not related to the disease progression within the brain.

While this is just one example, there are other ways we can take a look at this.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

It is important so that you can improve your communication skills with everyone in your life by understanding how YOU process moments, memories and everyday events in your life as they happen.

HOW DOES THIS HELP?

It helps so that when you have a conversation, you can remove ‘conflict’ from communication.

People will argue how they saw or perceived something.  Arguing about it is pointless because for each individual person, that ‘memory-recall-attachment’ configuration to the flashback is going to be different for everyone.

Before you can even take the first steps in understanding how other people ‘view’ things – you have to start with yourself and know how YOU process things, otherwise you will never be able to see someone else’s perspective or point of view and end up getting useless arguments that shouldn’t even be arguments at all.

  • So take a look at those flashbacks you just had what did you notice and what stood out the most?

  • Did you see things visually and was the most vivid part of your flashback?

  • Were certain words or phrases more front and center of your flashback?

  • How about emotions?  Did each flashback trigger more emotionally for you rather than visually or communicatively/audibly?

See the difference?  Was it obvious to you how you LINKED TO YOUR OWN FLASHBACK?  Did you notice one way of your processing dominated other processes?   If your own flashbacks were evenly distributed in emotions, visual and audible memories – that too, is your own individual process.  Not everyone connects or LINKS back to their own flashbacks the exact way that you do.

EXAMPLE STUDY:

In a simple marketing collaboration study within a group meeting at work for instance, if you’re brainstorming – you’ll start to see how not everyone in the group will agree in unison right off the bat. However, once idea progression extends to someone's recall memory button of reflex/reactive vs. taking action you will immediately see isolated experience level of action taking with mental triggers to creativity.

These creativity factors which are voluntary are proactive/action-oriented. The reactive in response to output taps into the emotional sectors of selective processing based on the individual's experience.

Can this be changed?  Sometimes you have to work through the process of how other people process ideas, thoughts, plans and how they then execute the actions according to how they relate to what is shared.

Comfort level of sharing, exposure for judgment of said ideas will trigger the emotional response rather than the active cerebral response for the human to respond from strictly a psychological processing space.

Depending on who you are talking with and how THEY process their own flashbacks and how you process your own is the key to miscommunication, misunderstanding, missed viewpoints of any situation will differ person to person.  This can also be said for studies of Dementia and Alzheimer's Disesase, which is why not everyone affected by the disease will go in the exact same "order" of sadness, anger, emotional disconnect, short-term memory and long-term memory changes exactly the same within the same duration/time span of the disease.  While this will depend on the brain's own decline, it is in the perception/experience/action and emotional sectors of functioning in reactive vs. active phases which alter the outcome of the communications.

Is nutrition a factor? Yes.  But that's a whole other topic on its own.

Outside of any brain function diseases, there is also human vs. soul level of processing to consider.

When we step outside of our human selves and take the time to examine our own process of who we are and how we remember and recall things, we can then learn how we perceive any situation at any given time.  Without knowing that, we as humans jump to the conclusion in automatic disagreement of any given situation because we are seeing that how we perceive things and how another person does, does not match up.

Each person is an individual as to how they flash back to a situation, a moment, an idea, a conversation, a meeting, a task or instruction or whatever.Whether it is physical, emotional, cerebral or simply human vs. soul life level processing... no two people are alike.

By understanding that it is strictly the processing part upfront, you can avoid many communication fumbles in your life in the future and improve your own LINK to how your recall and memory factor works within.
