Migraines, back-pain, digestive distress.  Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Do your doctors tell you that there is nothing wrong with you, even after you get a second and third opinion, and a myriad of medications?

You may want to look at your life and see what is causing you so much stress. 

What in your life is not resonating with who you truly are?

Usually at highly stressful times in our lives we get sick, we feel back pain, we get headaches and we just don't feel good.  This causes us to eat poorly, lack rest, and burn the candle at both ends doing too much and not taking the time we need to take care of ourselves. 

Are you dismissing your own truth, your own voice, your own heart because you are feeling trapped, obligated to be something you’re not based on who you have in your circles of your life? 

Are you denying yourself pure happiness, joy and freedom because you have set yourself up with such extreme parameters for achievement, or placed self-imposed expectations on your life? 

Do you take on everyone else’s drama?  Or do you feel like the negativity receptacle from your so-called friends and family? 

Is the language you have in your head lately only negative words? 

Are you finding that your ‘support circle’ really is not supportive of you and your life at all?

Sometimes in life, we need to make changes in our daily dealings with others.

But most of all, we need to make changes within ourselves to handle every life situation in the best light without being harmful to ourselves with the boomerang effect, so we can live it in a healthier way.

When we set boundaries and make changes to our life to limit negative energy from invading our life, we can prioritize the energy we do choose to let in which can help us live life in a more joyful and healthier direction.

Self-care is the most important thing we can do to allow ourselves to be at our best and create healthier links after we PURGE OUR TOXIC LINKS by making room for only the good energy in our total well-being.
