LINKING TO PRESENT REFLECTION

You’re human (last we checked).

You think. You feel. You plan. You create. You experience.

You are made up of all of the things that make up the person you are.

You have something deeper within yourself attached to how you want things to be.

There is nothing wrong with this vision, except that your vision may or may not be unfolding exactly as you see it according to your human.

However, let’s take a step back in reflection – because it is here we truly see.

What if ….

  • ·         Your human was to let go of its vision?
  • ·         Your human allowed your soul to drive instead?
  • ·         Would you get to look at life differently than your human sees it?
  • ·         How would you feel looking at it from this viewpoint?

Ah… yes, this is called LINKING TO PRESENT REFLECTION.

But too often, humans are ‘too busy’ to ‘slow down’ to even notice that the reflection exists.

Too often, humans wish to try to ‘control’ outcomes, rather than allow outcomes to find them organically and to appreciate what is being taught by said outcomes in the present moment.

These exact moments are creatively and strategically designed by the Universe to help you escalate your own ability to be aware on a higher level of what you are meant to SEE right now instead of 'later' or 'then' ... because its relevance exists HERE.

Here lies the answer to human struggle, this ‘internal conflict’ we define as chaos, unrest and lack of inner peace.

Why am I bringing this to your attention?

I am sharing this to open your mind to a greater awareness that exists beyond the world you are currently living in, even if you feel you are ‘present’ as a human in your state of being amidst your doing.

Why is this necessary to understand?

You can avoid your own inner chaos and have a balanced and secure grounding by first understanding what is going on inside of you.

Reflection is something most humans blow off or dismiss as something they don’t have time for. But I say YOU ARE WORTH IT... so won't you begin to believe this yourself?

What if I were to tell you that if you take time to reflect and find the goodness in this space, you will feel amazing and in turn you can radiate and share this energy outward to pay it forward to make the world a better place, one person at a time as you spread this goodness?

Quite often, at the end of each day, most humans will talk about all of the bad stuff going on in their day, without reflecting upon the good and they allow the commiseration in the bad to become negative energy, which is what drives the bus of their daily living.

This is what affects your quality of life – that is if you allow your human to buy into it.

Think about the last time you sat in a place of reflection.

  • ·         What did you see?
  • ·         What insights did you have?
  • ·         Where did you find your ‘human’ vision at that point?
  •       Once you had a time to truly examine this vision, how did you see it?

When we give ourselves the place and space to reflect and LINK to this reflection period, we can see that the pauses in our life where we believe things are not happening, are actually creating something beyond what is happening behind the scenes of life.

Our own evolution as souls, as a collective consciousness can rise in a more positive place and space if we give our energies to the reflection of the gratitude space.

I do not celebrate Thanksgiving only one day a year.  I celebrate it 365… because I reflect daily and instead of carving turkeys on a day commercially posted on a calendar, I carve out a space each day to reflect.

In my childhood, I was teased/bullied for being ‘this weird child’ who was ‘too deep’ in reflection.

This reflective mode I had was often was thought of as being ‘corny’ or ‘oddly strange.’ Some teachers said it was part of being an old soul, for which I just giggled to myself.

Today as an adult, I see that the many who labeled me as such, are the ones who are deeply searching themselves for what I cultivated regardless of the external shaming ‘back then.’

So it is here now in this present moment, I deliver freely with love and hope simply with my arms giving this openly... “here you go.”   It is a gift. Please give it to yourself so you can give it to others.  Isn't that what Thanksgiving is about?

Let me remind you that you can have today what I have worked hard for, because you can cultivate reflection daily, too.  There is no shame in doing so… in fact your quality of life will improve tremendously because you give yourself the space to find your daily inner peace so there is much more of you to share with the world.

Thanksgiving does not mean you simply feast on food. I want to inspire to help people find the feast in their mind and heart, to be appreciative of their ‘bounty’ with the capacity of what reflection can bring to your own ‘human’ evolution so your soul can soar freely.

It is yours to have if you choose to have it and it is delivered with the hope you’ll share this reflection with others, too – so no one else has to struggle to find what they are looking for until they look within themselves with this reflective moment.

It is a gratitude space of appreciating each breath, which gives me the opportunity to be thankful for what IS, in the present reflection of right now as it is happening … now.

My hope is that your quality of life can improve or be enhanced by carving this time out for yourself each day to boost your awareness zone into appreciating more.  This is not just so that you see what’s around you ‘out there,’ which has impacted or created greatness within your life, but also WITHIN you human for what you’ve collected on a deeper level of your being that also exists within you to share.

With this, I say THANK YOU to you – for reading this, wanting to understand and grow to a new place to be part of life in a greater capacity by showing up with the willingness to accept another perspective through this REFLECTION.

May this reflective moment help you see more within yourself to appreciate to share and an opportunity to see outside of yourself to appreciate even more.

Namaste.
