As our world spins, global events happen, and our communities heal, we as humanity are feeling a lot in the day-to-day at a higher level of present-day consciousness.
For businesses who are in a hefty barrage of communicating their external product/service promotion to ride the wave of a fluctuating economy, this is tricky territory as to not to appear insensitive to the serious nature of what is happening in the world.
For individuals inside and outside of work, the process of ‘processing’ one’s own compassion exhaustion may be overwhelming in the ‘24/7 feeling zone’ after repetitive stretching of one’s own limits to hear one more negative story/sadness occurring on this planet where we all reside.
With most things contributing to our questioning the status of the on-going existential crisis it may feel taxing to our own evaluation of where we are in every given moment.
It is here we need to remember that compassionate communication is a three-way communication system:
1) How we show up in the world doing/being/remedying.
2) The compassion we have for the events in the world.
3) Self-compassion to refuel the daily depleted tank from points 1 & 2.
4) Repeat. This ‘cycle’ is important for our tenacity, survival and mental health, a key to 'doing something' or purposeful and meaningful existence to the world or human condition.
However, It is key to our ideal ‘well-being’ to put into practice item #3, which often gets IGNORED. Yes, we are survivors and warriors, and doers, however there is also an unhealthy energy in this process of exerting so much compassion, we lose self-compassion and it becomes destructive in nature to our ability to 'keep going' and to 'keep doing' at the high-level expectation we create of said process.
It is time to remember we are not machines,
we are people. As humanity shifts its
survival consciousness, we must learn to acknowledge that item #3 is vital to
thriving, healing recovery of our sensory perception and also to ground
ourselves in a place of strength so we can be in better place of support that is actually EFFECTIVE, MEANINGFUL AND PRODUCTIVE, not just auto-pilot motions. When we all get into the place where which we lose steam from the initial heart focused intention of the 'original WHY' - when we've lost clarity, purpose, mission and reasoning. Efforts then become half-capacity efforts and our own psyche, soul, and health exhaust from the lack of putting quality item #3 as #1.
Proactive solution initiation is only as effective as the foundation on which this is built. This is as true for business as it is for our own psyche/soul and individual human condition.
If we try to build it on quick sand without conscious healing, we’re doing ourselves a disservice.
If we seek quick-fix immediate gratification resolves, we set ourselves up for failure.
What we can do is pull back to see clearly amid the chaos a more effective way of communicating with compassion during turbulent times and much of that begins with each of us taking responsibility for ourselves, accountable actions and even ignorance.
The last bit there, you don’t often hear in the mainstream day-to-day. People do not like to admit ignorance, for fear it shows weakness and vulnerability. In truth, admitting ignorance is an opportunity to gain strength in learning what you don’t know.
But quite often, people fear judgment for what they don’t know and much of this comes from being psychologically programmed into believing there are dumb questions, when in fact asking a question is for the sake of learning, growing, betterment and improving the human condition. When we INVITE knowledge, education and learning, over time this transforms into wisdom which can never be taken from our soul’s knowing. So why not ask questions? Why not dig into the WHY so we can actually apply the HOW-TO SOLUTIONS with more effectiveness?
If a light bulb just went off in your head right now as in ‘ah ha’ – be glad your own self-awareness has brought you to the place to literally open yourself to full self-compassion so you can exercise this muscle into greater compassion. From here we can grow things. Consciousness is key and actually opens all of us up to a place of greater potential and possibilities to find REAL SOLUTIONS.
So how many questions have YOU asked today?
How many questions did you ask yesterday?
What questions do you have about the past which has brought you to the present day of questioning?
How will your questioning today shape your tomorrow?
Silly at it may appear to ask these questions, chances are you have not asked yourself these questions, nor has anyone bothered to care about what you think enough to ask you these questions to even put you in a position to question within yourself.
Don’t worry… This doesn’t have to be a #sadtruth but rather it can be a starting point to a new way in how you LINK TO THE PROCESS to develop your next level of compassionate communications.
The old cookie-cutter way of addressing our feelings cannot be applied now.
Our world has changed.
We have changed.
Our methods must also change, as remedies to things cannot stay the same. They must also evolve as we do!
So ask yourself now - "What is it I truly need to recharge myself in order to show up better?"
Be honest as you ask yourself this question with your new self-actualized truth answer. If we examine the fact that the VOLUME of the news we're thrown today over a 24 hour period is nearly double or triple of what it used to be, we must acknowledge this. This new place of realization also means our mental processing is working on overload and on overtime in a way that we did not function prior to the pandemic, war and violence.
If we're practicing self-compassion with this realty we can now get better traction as to how our energy expenditure (inclusive of external compassionate expenditure emotionally) is taking its toll.
It begins here, with each of us.
Starting with this self-evaluation process improves your human life, your day-to-day hamster wheel work life and even the health and life of your business external choices because you’re not constantly navigating the old paradigm of how things used to be.
I’m in my fifth-tier level of 'next-level' awareness in my seventh year of educating ‘next level’ evolutionary awareness.
What we communicate and why, and how we communicate to ourselves in the 3D, as we process the bridge of the 4D to the 5D growth trajectory is vital.
All of this actually transitions into what is happening outside of ourselves.
Our current world outlook is dependent upon our own awareness as it is evolving and changing. We’re on a different trajectory than we were a decade ago. This has nothing to do with actual tangible time as much as it has to do with where humanity is gravitating toward next in healing pre-existing wounds that were not fully addressed appropriately for our human condition.
If we are to find a new level of compassion for many histories repeating itself, it begins with all of us to be conscious enough to address real change head-on with the kind of compassion that lacked (and was severely needed) prior to the avalanche of events we’ve experienced these last few years.
As we look to working with our present-day reality, let’s make a commitment toward improving upon compassionate action so our world can have a chance to begin again on the right footing.
I wish all of you Lovely Souls the dedicated time to heal what is needed so that you can refortify the LINK to a renewed process in your day-to-day compassionate journey.
Blessings, peace, love and light.
Namaste.
