EXPANDING YOUR 3D LINK OF GRATITUDE

How do YOU define gratitude?  What are you thankful for?

While you have seen these repetitive questions bombard you like the already overflowing Inbox of Black Friday and Cyber Monday consumerism sales emails, the truth of the matter is that for those in the U.S., Thanksgiving is the only time you are ever asked these questions in rampant fashion by people you don’t even know.

The bigger question is… has your own inner circle asked you these same questions that strangers have asked?   Are your answers the same?

For everyone who has done the metamorphosis journey work in diving deeper in to your authentic truth…. This is a very relevant question to ask yourself.

#Truth.

Here’s another truth… most of the U.S. earthly population will reflect upon their gratitude during this time because of a calendar reminder that tells them to do this.

While the sobering thought of this being a ‘collective consciousness’ for the cornucopia bounty of blessings by a marked calendar holiday may be lovely particularly if this is the only time that some people even take the time to do this- it is also kind of sad.

Here is where I propose:

  • What if the whole world had DAILY GRATITUDE?  Wouldn’t that be something?

  • What if your gratitude expanded toward things still sitting in the unknown?
  • What if your affirmation mantra was “I am grateful for the blessings I have and even those that I have not yet seen, for everything is something to be grateful for…”

How does that last affirmation mantra sit with you?  Pretty cool, eh?

Decades ago, I threw away the idea of a conventional calendar that dictated the commercialism of “we express gratitude on this day,” “express love on this day,” and “celebrate our freedom on this day.”

As some of you who have been following me a while know, I am a firm believer that Thanksgiving, Valentine’s, and 4th of July’s original ‘intent’ of GRATITUDE, LOVE and FREEDOM should be celebrated EVERY DAY. They are also the three things we should be thankful for on an endless loop and honor as an action-based attitude of expression in our kindness and respect in how we show up as humans.

YES, it is nice we dedicate a day to pause and reflect, honor and celebrate, but if we are truly doing our jobs as the human-soul union bigger picture of escalating humanity, we will have moments of gratitude, reflection and exercise the significant recognition of what we feel BEYOND the calendar, integrating it in our EVERY DAY being.

Our heartfelt spirit and authentic intent in honoring anything should be conscious moments and the ‘pause’ for reflection to think more deeply about how we examine our practices in remembering,
Devoting our own internal clock toward honoring our own feelings authentically as they happen IN REAL TIME - our thoughts and consciousness is an act of love, an act of self-love and greater humanity love all in the same breath.

Why is this so?

If we allow ourselves to think and feel as we do, we are not putting ourselves in a box to isolate celebrating life or honoring remembering by a calendar’s statement, rather our own human/soul united front of listening to our hearts.

Let’s be honest – emotions and memories are all triggered by certain events. Sometimes it is a song, sometimes it is a certain food, sometimes it is a game, a story, or shared experience.   We can be THANKFUL for everything all year long and celebrate our gratitude in the exact moment as it is happening, even if it is in July.

This is also in alignment for LIVING YOUR TRUTH and BEING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF and honoring these feelings that are necessary.  Gratitude is appreciating every minute, every moment and all that life has to offer you – whether it is a learning moment, an opportunity to reflect, a chance to change, challenge or grow your consciousness.  The same can be said for understanding that gratitude has a place to change your life in being thankful even for what you cannot yet know or see.  I’ll get into this in just a few seconds below.

If we practice THIS – then our own abilities of relating expand in our connecting with others to allow everyone else to FEEL and THINK independently, RESPECTING emotions and thoughts that arise in honoring “remembering” or “the spirit of…..” or swelling up of BEING in the moment our hearts feel something or our minds pause in the moment of gratitude each day.

Our gratitude in this place now has an expanded state of being beyond the one day marker on the calendar and we can have better human relating.

So now… let’s dive into 5D gratitude…. First starting with the 3D.

When we are thankful, grateful, and have gratitude, we express thanks for our health, our circle of loved ones inclusive of families, friends, community, safety, and work. Our basic needs that are met with food, shelter, clothing and anything that is that extra gravy beyond this, is what we identify with as gratitude within the 3D sphere.

But what if I were to stretch your brain, heart and soul recognition and consciousness further by sharing with you that you can have DAILY GRATITUDE more consciously for everything that is in the 5D.

How?  What if you were thankful for events you cannot see/know in terms of daily events that occur for your highest and greatest good?

What if you were grateful for the daily inconveniences, delays, frustrations – because they helped you to GROW into being a better, patient human, testing your mettle?

When we are given opportunities to LOOK at how we act/react to things, these are all gifts.

As circumstances present themselves regarding conflict, misunderstanding, or even discomfort – sometimes these blessings stretch us, expand our own growth and awareness and in turn, we become more transformed from said process.

Understanding this, saying “Thank you, Universe” – is now tapping into deeper 5D gratitude.
Too often the human dwells on these things as disappointments only because expectation or attachment to outcome is connected, rather than saying “Thank you Universe, I understand this situation came up so I could be more patient with myself and others.”

You get the point. There are usually several things to be grateful for, for everything that occurs, even if the human does not see it.

But wait, there’s more…

When the Universe guides us down a certain pathway, we are often being shown a new lesson or a new opportunity or we are being reminded to have gratitude for where we are right now as it is Divine.  Sometimes we are being protected and saved from our own haste or our own misguided choices when things go awry – we are shown that we can become stronger or grow into a better version of ourselves in the interim.

Many blessings are ‘in the making’ – many are on their way to us.  If we stay open to receiving said blessings and allow them to transcend the journey, we have even more to be grateful for as we express gratitude beyond the present-day consciousness of gratitude.

Gratitude now is taking these 5D navigational lessons into the 3D when we say THANK YOU.
So as you take your daily gratitude forward beyond Thanksgiving and give thanks for what you already do, hopefully you will see that you do indeed have a bigger cornucopia of blessings to be grateful for than you might have been conscious of before.

And with that…

I say thank you to YOU… the silent ones who sit and observe these moments, privately learning from my blog and those who have actually liked, shared or forwarded the link.  May what you learn here, help you enhance and improve your everyday life.

My heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation is something I hope you feel and know that I send with pure heart intent.  I am truly grateful for you being here and appreciate all of your support.
May you be thankful for your yesterdays, sit in gratitude today and know that together we are shaping each other’s tomorrow with the gratitude we have every day.

Namaste.

LINKING TO YOUR OWN UNLIMITED GROWTH POTENTIAL

Sigh.  Yeah… do you like the poem I channeled above?  It’s pretty powerful, isn’t it?

I feel blessed to be a conduit for its messages for the collective and hope that what I share is somehow a light shining brightly upon your day.

So The Universe is asking all of humanity to grow.

Timely?  Always.  The Universe makes no mistakes in timing, for Divine Time is always the proper setting on said clock that ticks toward the highest and greatest good within our own time of evolution.

It is no secret that it’s a human thing… to not fully realize your own potential.

Do you remember that one teacher in school who pushed you beyond what you told yourself your limits were?

You may have felt as if your teacher was your adversary, but in reality they were your advocate.

This is not limited to just teachers.

Your parents or peers, friends or relatives, may all push you sometimes to get out of your own way.

Sometimes they may show up in ways so that you remove yourself from your own obstacle in order to return to your own unlimited growth potential, because they try to pull or tug you the opposite direction of your heart or internal ‘gut knowing.’

Trust that all of it is for one main purpose – your own unlimited growth potential.

Humans often see things in a negative light or judge things in this said light, when in reality it is not what it appears to be – rather it is a necessary push for growth beyond what thing are currently perceived.

Our planet is a prime example of this.  We have seen land shaped and reshaped by the way of weather.  Canyons, mountains, valleys and new waterways are all created from growth, from change, from a transformation and shift that is just labeled as “weather.”

In reality, if things didn’t change, new purpose would not be needed… anywhere by anyone or by anything.

If we examine life from this perspective, no matter how uncomfortable, we begin to see things in a new light in which growth is embraced with this in mind.

However, as a human experiences these shifts, often called derailment or upsets by the human, what is lost is the soul’s own recognition that this is exactly what it set out to do deliberately to experience the change in order to actually grow.  This was the mission, the purpose and the reason for being in order to become what evolves from the unlimited growth.

LINKING to this reality for the human challenges the human to exit the comfort zone of things remaining stagnant, complacent and status quo.

When the human steps up to owning this LINK within, we begin to see the growth taking place and shape in that present moment to turn a corner into the new shape of things to come and become.

If you think of yourself as your own seedling… wouldn’t you want to see your soul’s sprouts reach up from the soil into the sunlight to grow?

Quite often, conflict and misunderstanding, fear and escapism interfere with this process only because the human fails to recognize they are the very seed they are wishing and hoping for in external matter that is just that – external matter.

If instead, the human were to recognize they are the seed, they are what they need and what they have been searching for to grow, they will recognize their own agreement and contract for the task at hand and say, “Yes… I will grow” and embrace the opportunity rather than to fight it kicking, screaming, complaining or avoiding the change that they signed up to do initially.

So I leave you with these thoughts, Lovely Souls… do not stand in your own way from growing.

Ask yourself these valuable questions:

  • ·       How has my own journey given me a chance to grow?

  • ·       What have I learned about myself through my toughest growth opportunities?

  • ·       When did I recognize the growth was for my greatest good?

  • ·       What challenges have given me the best chance to overcome something that held me back from being who I was meant to be?

If you answer these questions honestly, you will see that your toughest times have given you the greatest growth spurts along your journey and you will have a deeper appreciation for them.

For those of you who fight the tide, The Universe is actually trying to make things better for you, if you will let it.  Choose to use the mantra: “I open myself up to growth” and you will see how the growth opportunity will give you more freedom to be, instead of feeling limited.

In turn, be careful that you do not stand in the way of another person growing by pulling them into your comfort zone forcing them to shrink, just because you are afraid of them outgrowing you.  For that action only limits your own growth potential.

For if they are on the path, they are going to grow anyway.  The bigger question is, will you choose to do so also?

Instead step up, and choose to grow as well to see where you, yourself land and reach, stretch and discover…. For that is what growth is all about and it is why things that grow are called LIFE forms.

While life may be a series of growing experiences, once you realize your growth is unlimited and there will always be lessons, there will always be things to learn and things will always change, we are all here for the reason of experiencing life and all it delivers.

The key is to appreciate the wisdom that comes along with it and know that you are being gifted with the greatest gift you can receive, because you are given the opportunity to see what you are really made of through everything you can experience.

Namaste.

LINKING TO THE EIGHT SIDES OF EVERY STORY

By Stacey Kumagai from all eight sides and beyond...

The sun beamed brightly piercing through the window with all of its power, dancing on the glass vase.  Suddenly, several prisms appeared within the vase itself, and on the wall appeared a magical display of light reflection.  If you turned your head, you would see the light shine, almost outlining the original shape of the glass, but the reflective beam disrupted it to create eight different sides of light.

Was this spectacle of light and shadow something out of a dream, or was this reality in plain sight twisting, turning, contorting and expanding perception of said story of light into a new light onto itself?

What was the core story?  What was beyond the story?  What was the story so far?  If indeed in the present moment, this sunlight tango with the glass vase had an interesting beginning, with an unknown ending and yet the present moment was indeed pristine.

Cut to… eons ago to bring you this present moment.

As a child, I remember listening to Donny Osmond hearing him belt out…. “Life is just what you make it, life is just what you want it to be. “  No one could have predicted that spiraling piece of vinyl would end up being a mantra several decades later to help my clients manifest greater life outcomes.

Nor could anyone have predicted that this connection was a destined and fated encounter later in my career that it would be prompting a blog post with an embedded practical life guidance lesson for all of you in the collective, right here in the present.  Thus, full-circle infinite purposeful life inspiration for the greater good is alive, well and delivered. It is a glass vase with the sun beaming through it, often showing different prisms – depending on where YOU are sitting in your own evolution as you rise to your own self-awareness.

In 1998 he had released his memoir with the same title “Life is Just What You Make It,” at the age of 41 with so many multi-hyphenate accomplishment titles already in said span of time, punctuating that he had made quite something of his life working non-stop for thirty-six years.

As I write this blog, I now have worked for thirty-six years.  Is this fated or an accident or simply magical light?  Simply not a coincidence, rather like an infinity sign (also an 8), that is in perpetual motion, that is light, that is the life and what we make it.

I had the unexpected pleasure of having the impromptu opportunity as a radio reporter co-interviewer with my colleague for a nationally syndicated newsfeed.  It was an interesting hat for me to wear, given my previous radio and TV broadcasting career, only because I had to put that hat on once again when I had already switched from being a catcher in the newsroom to a pitcher as a publicist.

This was rare back in those days, gear-shifting the polar dualities in media was quite an undertaking in multi-tasking, when establishing credibility from both arenas.  However, keeping one’s newshound chops sharp to remember the trenches is always humbling to shlep with greater compassion-building and expansive storytelling.

It was like some sort of duality Twilight Zone moment.  But I trusted in the moment, when my real day job was the ‘flip side’ as an entertainment industry publicist who usually pitched to said networks to get my client’s stories told.  My media colleague had just covered several of the events I had produced and reported on stories I had pitched in the recent previous weeks.  To make things even more interesting, like another layer of story chapters, or layers of light through a vase, I had recently just booked three of my PR clients on the Donny & Marie talk show for Dick Clark Productions, and that was the hat he had seen me wear just weeks prior. Thus, a delightfully confusing encounter, once again, as I too, was a multi-hyphenate.  I had to realize that I was the vase, I could not censor said light beaming through me, rather embrace what was happening and let it evolve into eight sides of my own story.

Inside the Virgin Megastore (RIP) on Sunset Blvd.  I asked the question,
“So what’s in store for you in the next 41 years?”

On the surface, this may look like just an annoying and stupid question.

But it was not asked with this intent, rather ‘beyond the beyond’ – because I knew my subject well as gratitude is the foundation go-to, thus the thoughtful pondering would always be beyond the actual given answer sound bite. It would have multiple layers that that would echo to the right ears, long after said interview lived and died in the airwaves of a feature news piece, but presently remains archived on an old-school cassette that no longer can be played on a machine most Millennials cannot identify in a game show contest.

This question wasn’t meant to be just a generic question, but rather an “all-knowing” because the book had a subtitle, “My story so far.”

Yes…. Story so far.  Everyone’s life is a ‘story so far.’

Dealing with my mother’s Alzheimer’s battle of a ‘story so far’ that was constantly changing, I was glad for the endless neuroscience studies, integrating what a ‘story so far’ can actually mean with cell system memory recall and how we process what is happening in past, present and forecasting future.

When you add in the measurement of self-awareness and limitless being with spiritual grounding and escalated consciousness every side to every story, even the ones we tell ourselves take on a shape-shifting reality like a mold-able ball of clay.

We don’t often think about the ‘story so far’ as we are living present-day story. However, we do look at the long road ahead of wishes and dreams as our mojo fuel amplified in order to ‘keep going.’

When we are nostalgic, we look back. We see our past, we cherish memories and as we get older we honor those moments as a part of our life tapestry.  Sometimes we see how said stories shape us, our path/journey, our life outlook and our very own, ‘story so far.’

When we are anxious about our future we miss the present and we don’t honor what is happening in present moment when we are too focused on distant road outcomes, which are not entirely in our ‘control’ – rather a co-creation with the Universe, and sometimes destined or fated roads that we couldn’t have so brilliantly produced on our own anyway.

It is only in 20/20 hindsight we see and sometimes it is only in multidimensional higher elevations of perspective we see, and sometimes it is only going down into the deep abyss of our soul, do we see.

So my question to YOU is, from what vantage point DO YOU SEE your present-day life journey, and through what perspective, and through what internal honoring, with what external mirror?

For those facing mortality and/or in crossroads fires of indecision, forgetting their childlike wonder, the ‘story so far’ becomes daunting and often a variable in analysis paralysis, to where creating said story gets stuck on some unnamed road.

While all the other media outlets were focused on the content of the past, I was standing there in the present pondering the possible insight into the future, looking for the perceived vision and dream vs. goal and plan.  That’s hefty, I know… but multi-hyphenates get this.

If we look into our own insightful glance at our pathway, all of our lives are “My story so far…”
However, it is because we look with only one lens do we ever only see one story.

Life itself is a million stories intertwined, with many lives interconnected and intertwined.
Our own life has EIGHT sides to every story:

  • ·       Our own perception.

  • ·       The other people’s perception who were involved.

  • ·       The outsiders looking in and their perception of the story they think they know.

  • ·       Our own evolution/higher consciousness perspective of what we see in 20/20 hindsight.

  • ·       The reality and the truth of what actually happened.

  • ·       What we co-created with the Universe/God/Higher Power.

  • ·       The side that ends up being the outcome of the stories we tell and the domino effect.

·       What the story was designed to do so we learn from lessons of said story to become better versions of ourselves from the time we lived it.

Yeah… I know, most human’s “don’t go there” – but my brain does and I can’t help but always wonder from “which side” each story is told from the past to be what it is in the present and ultimately see how indeed this crafts our future.

Yes, excavation-heavy… but this will help you see things differently.

Thus the question I ask YOU….

  • ·       How do you live your story?

  • ·       What do you believe is your truth/reality?

  • ·       How has your perception of your own story changed you?

  • ·       What would you have done differently about your story?

  • ·       Where will you create your next life adventure story having greater awareness?

  • ·       Who have you become as a result of said stories?

  • ·       Who do you want to become having learned from said stories?

  • ·       When do you think you’ll have the ‘total picture’ of WHY you have lived your story the way that you have?

As I ask you these questions, I dare you to ponder your own answers.

  • ·       Once you see them, how will you look at your life, now that you can see what you didn’t see before?

  • ·       Have you and your perception changed from how you first experienced it to now in hindsight or overview looking at it from a learning curve?

Why is this important?

If we humans are interested in relating (for real) and connecting to continue building upon a foundation stronger than normal concept of how we perceive our story, others and their story, and remain committed to grow as the works in progress as we are - we need to be awakened to the idea that there are more sides to what we see, hear, read, know and learn or put on a loop as perceived ‘absolute truth.’  Because chances are there is much more than what meets your current eye.

In fact, you can count on it.  You can even bet on it and go all-in on it.  Though you have to be mindful that not everyone’s own personal footwork is yet at the place to access all eight places in a nanosecond.  I mean come on…sometimes without enough Zzzzs… comprehending even a few is as challenging as solving the O.G. Rubik’s Cube.  This is here where we exercise compassion, patience and out-of-body vision in order to simply accept to live and let live said “story so far.”

If you are in your head a lot, I ask you to get into your heart.

This is my constant plea to humanity… and I have been on repeat like a broken record for some time now… going in five years asking for you to give yourself the greatest gift to do just that.

Not only will it make your world and your story so far BETTER, but it makes the world a better place if we all do it collectively.

Try improving your life’s journey by getting yourself unstuck through this above exercise answering the questions I proposed.  Then ask yourself HOW the questions I asked changed how you see your life now and how many layers of light do you see in your own life …. And how does your own view of your own vase look after doing said excavation?

Think about your life from a new side.  You’ll be amazed that your very own ‘story so far’ is still an amazing work in progress.

And for all you know, Lovely Souls --- You may find more than eight sides to your own story and find more angles of light taking on more reflections than you have ever thought possible.

Namaste.
